4. Service Guarantees and Warranties

Louisville Raccoon Removal strives to provide high-quality wildlife control services. We guarantee our raccoon removal services and offer the following warranties:

Service Guarantee: If raccoons return to the same area where we've performed exclusion work during the warranty period, we will return to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of service completion for standard raccoon removal and exclusion services.
Damage Repair Warranty: Repairs performed to fix raccoon damage carry a warranty as specified in your service agreement, typically ranging from 90 days to one year.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
